In Sant Elm wird Mittaggegessen. Es gibt Paella mit Fisch und Meeresfrüchten im bekannten Fischlokal „El Pescador“. Der Reis und die Beilage ist sehr gut gelungen. Allerdings ist Fisch und Meeresfrüchte in nur kleinen mikroskopischen Mengen vorhanden, sodass das alte Vorurteil es handele sich um „fettigen Reis mit den Resten vom Vortag“ wieder mal genährt wird. Der Preis ist lagegemäß und insbesondere die Lage und der damit verbundene Blick entschädigt in der Hauptsache.

In Banyalbufar fasziniert uns die terassenförmig angelegte Landschaft. Über 70 Terassen staffeln sich vom Meer bis auf ca. 300 Meter, sodass ein ganz eigenes Bild entsteht.
