Durch Indianerland an verschiedenen Canyons vorbei, über den Colorado geht es an den South rim des Grand Canyon. Die Nordseite ist wegen Schnee gesperrt.
Wir fahren gemütlich viele Meilen und kommen sehr sehr spät abends an. Das Licht ist famos und es ibt noch ein paar Bilder bis es dunkel ist. Am Morgen ist es dann ganz anders. Die Sonne ist gleissend, das Licht eher grell und garnicht so schön satt wie am Vorabend. Ein wenig kühl ist es auch. So etwa 10 Grad. Unten soll es jetzt über 20 sein. Wir haben es nicht ausprobiert, weil unsere Planung etwas anderes vorsieht. Dazu muss man dann schon ein paar Tage mehr spendieren.
