Virginia beach liegt ganz im süden von Virginia, nicht weit von North Carolina. Als Badeort eher durchschnittlich. Viele große Hotels und ein wenig Prolomäßig. So ist zumindest unsere Wahrnehmung. Teilweise ein bischen Ballermann. Aber das liegt sicherlich an dem Hard Rock Festival das diese Tage dort stattfindet. Ist schon heavy, Heavy Metal am Strand…
Wir haben ein ordentliches Hotel, aber ohne Wifi, was dann doch wieder zur deutlichen Abwertung bei den Kids führt. Na ja, eigentlich sind wir ja in Urlaub und könnten auch andere Dinge machen. Aber Internet ist mittlerweile bei uns allen ein must have im Hotel.
Ein wenig in der Sonne liegen, Boardwalk laufen und gucken. Abends in einem guten Mexikaner. Der ist wirklich gut. Mojito Cafe heisst das glaube ich.
